The process, in order
Nothing is charged to you at any of them. You can stop at any step.
WhatsApp or email whatever you already have — discharge summary, scans, blood work, the doctor's note. Photos of paper reports are fine. If you have nothing yet, tell us the symptoms and we will tell you what to get.
Within 48 hours you get quotes from two or three hospitals, each with the treating doctor named, the number of nights included, and the implant or drug specified by brand. On one page, in writing.
Once you choose a hospital, it issues an invitation letter. You use that to apply for an Indian Medical Visa (MV) plus MX visas for up to two attendants. We fill the forms with you and check them before you submit.
Airport pickup, a local SIM, a room booked within walking distance of the hospital, and an interpreter sitting with you at every consultation. Your coordinator's personal number works 24 hours.
Video consultations with the same surgeon for twelve months after discharge, arranged by us. We also send your full file to your doctor at home so your local care continues properly.

How we choose
Most facilitators show you logos. These are the questions we ask instead, and we will show you the answers for any hospital we quote.
NABH or JCI, currently valid — not expired, not "applied for". We check the certificate number.
How many of your specific procedure the named surgeon performed last year. Volume predicts outcome more than reputation does.
Intensivist cover overnight, and nurses per ICU bed. This is where complications are caught or missed.
A written package with a stated cap, and a named person who signs off any variation before it is charged.
A real department with interpreters on staff, not a phone number that rings at reception.
What happens, and who pays, if you need extra ICU days. Agreed in writing before you fly.

For most major procedures, 60 to 90 percent less. A heart bypass costs roughly $5,500–$8,000 in India against about $123,000 in the United States and $32,000 in the United Kingdom. Your written estimate names the exact figure, the surgeon and the hospital — not a range.

Yes. Up to two attendants can travel on MX visas linked to your medical visa. Our care package covers their accommodation, transport and day-to-day support as well as yours — recovery is long, and nobody should sit through it alone.
A heart bypass or joint replacement usually means about three weeks in total, counting pre-operative tests and the recovery period before a surgeon will clear you to fly. Transplants need six to eight weeks. Your estimate states the expected stay so you can plan leave and costs.
You pay the hospital directly, normally on admission, and you see their invoice unchanged. We never hold your treatment money. Our care package fee is separate, stated in figures, and agreed before you fly.
Before you travel, we agree in writing with the hospital what happens and who pays if you need additional ICU days. We recommend travel insurance in every case, and we tell you exactly what the policy needs to cover.

We never mark up your treatment. The hospital invoices us and we pass that bill to you unchanged — you will see their invoice, not ours. We are paid a referral fee by the hospital, stated in figures on every quote we send you, and a flat fee for the care package above. Those are the only two ways we make money from you, and there is no third.
